Job Description

• Identifying new business prospects & closing in new clients and brands for Digital Marketing
• Managing end-to-end business processes right from pitching, planning and closing the deal to campaign execution and client servicing - heating up cold leads.
• Work in sync with the Client Servicing Team, and Creative team to deliver the best pitches and campaigns
• Work on domestic and International hunting and farming of the business

Required Skills

• Excellent Communication skills that involve convincing, engaging and negotiation at its best.
• Comfortable about working in a fast-paced, high-growth start-up environment with excellent opportunities for professional and personal growth.
• Self-motivated person who likes to start new things, develop new contacts, meet new people and build a network.
• A fast-learner when it comes to adjusting to the requirements of the advertising industry and great at teamwork when it comes to getting along with chai-crazed individuals.
• 2 - 4 years of Work experience in the Media and Advertising Industry is a must
• Experience in New Business Acquisition for Digital marketing business is a must
