Cultivating solid relationships with clients through the provision of exceptional after-sales service.

Research clients' products, services, plans, competitors, and target markets

Meet clients for briefings and present proposals to clients for approval.

Brief agency colleagues, and work with them to plan and implement the best advertising solutions for the client.

Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Meeting clients to discuss strategy and report on progress.

Responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Taking part in pitches for new contracts

Creating a positive onboarding experience for new clients.

Regularly interacting with clients through telephone calls, email communications, or face-to-face meetings.

Maintaining an accurate record of all existing and potential clients.

keeping records and coordinating validation & invoices

Billing and Follow-up for payments

Deliver best ROI for the campaigns on various result-oriented matrices & Brand building campaigns.

Manage a set of accounts that work with us for digital marketing services

Achieve overall client objectives from the campaigns.

Manage client meetings, internal weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews

Scaling up client's business basis on month-on-month basis

Well versed and updated with latest trends in the industry
