Role and Responsibilities :-
- Produce well-researched content (blogs, articles, eBooks, guides, etc.) for publication online and in print.
- Produce marketing copies (social, ad, email, etc.) to promote our products.
- Proofread and edit content before publication.
- Conduct keyword research and use SEO to increase web traffic.
- Own and manage the company blog and ensure that our content ranks on popular search engines.
- Promote content on social media.
- Utilize industry best practices, identify customer needs and gaps in our content and research new topics.
- Create and follow an editorial calendar and collaborate with other members of the marketing team to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Monitor and analyze the performance of key performance indicators (KPIs) to offer suggestions for improvement.
- Use Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies in writing to maximize the online visibility of our website in search results.
- Ensure strict adherence to the style guides, tone, and voice of the company.
Skills and Experience :-
- Minimum 6months - 1.5 years of experience in writing and promoting content.
- Good understanding of SEO and proven ability to conduct keyword and topic research.
- At least a Bachelor's degree in English, Mass Comm. or related field.
- Proven record of excellent writing demonstrated in a professional portfolio.
- An impeccable grasp of the English language with solid writing and editing skills.
- Ability to work on multiple projects with different objectives simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate with clients, colleagues, and management.
- Proficiency with computers, especially writing programs, such as Google Docs and Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary.
