Job Description :-

As a digital marketing associate you will manage the organisation's online presence by implmentaing strategies, producing content, analysing user data, facilitating customer service and managing projects and campaigns. Your role will primarily focus on social media management along with with other ad-hoc marketing and communications responsibilities.

Responsibilities :-

• Develop creative and engaging social media posts and stories for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn
• Oversee, plan and deliver content across different platforms using scheduling tools
• Develop, launch and manage new competitions and campaigns that promote our hotels and organization
• Maintain existing key relationships with influencers across the social media platforms
• Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions
• Oversee and assist in creating paid marketing campaigns on Facebook & Instagram
• Create and use company templates to design hotel level and corporate collaterals

Skills Required :-

• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
• Experience in using Canva
• Knowledge of social media (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube) and latest social media trends
• Graphic design experience on Adobe Illustrator or CoralDraw is a plus
