Job Responsibilities:-

• Prepare a consolidated marketing plan to achieve lead generation targets o Plan weekly/ monthly/ quarterly lead generation activity calendar for digital & social platforms
• Deliver relevant & convertible site traffic and day-to- day management and review of the online marketing function (PPC, SEO, Email, Affiliates, Social, Content, Retargeting and strategic partnerships)
• Execute marketing campaigns, including the creation and management of the campaign Landing Pages, Microsites, Whiteboard Videos, Email and Blogs etc.
• Manage marketing communication such as writing blogs, articles, social media posts, opinion pieces etc.
• Responsible for optimizing the cost per lead & per conversion
• Measure, report on and continuously improve the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
• Manage website maintenance, provide direction and present recommendations on UX - design & layout of site, communications, Email, Advertising, Mobile, Displays, etc. with an excellent understanding of how people view and engage with content.
• Use tools like Google Analytics & Adsense to optimize the website, with an excellent understanding of how people view and engage with content
• Take ownership of managing the marketing activities with self-initiative to deliver results
