Job Roles & Responsibilities:-

• Creating advertising content for Facebook Ads.
• Managing Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, etc.
• Effective social listening and prompt social response.
• Design and implement a social media strategy to align with business goals.
• Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos, and news)
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest updates of the Facebook algorithm, Facebook ads Policies, and Facebook ads creative policies.
• Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between customers and the company, and ensure a positive customer service experience.
