Main duties of the post:

• Managing Social Media Presence in line with MLA's Vision & Scope of Work (Facebook, Linked In, Twitter & Instagram)
• Initiating regular campaigns, emailers through mass mailing platforms and mail merge
• Designing collaterals: Brochure: company, open workshop, executive coaching, promotion material, internal and external gifts (if any), handouts, one-pagers for different products ( as per requirement), proposal templates
• Working on Open workshops / Public courses- operations & promotion (including marketing plans & venue)
• Updating website using resources from MLA UK, getting marketing video, client testimonials, increasing visibility in media, publicity (as per requirement), case study management
• Enhancing Database of new market segments
• Constantly updating marketing folder on the drive
• Conduct market research, for example, using customer questionnaires and focus groups
• One pager leaflet for all products
• Executive coaching brochure (if MLA UK does not provide the prescribed format)

Education and Experience required:

• Graduate or Post Graduate Degree (Marketing/ Arts, preferred)
• 1-3 years’ experience in the marketing domain.
• Strategizing marketing campaigns.
• Experience of graphic designing and collateral designing.
