Main duties of the post:
Managing Social Media Presence in line with MLA's Vision & Scope of Work (Facebook, Linked In, Twitter & Instagram)
Initiating regular campaigns, emailers through mass mailing platforms and mail merge
Designing collaterals: Brochure: company, open workshop, executive coaching, promotion material, internal and external gifts (if any), handouts, one-pagers for different products ( as per requirement), proposal templates
Working on Open workshops / Public courses- operations & promotion (including marketing plans & venue)
Updating website using resources from MLA UK, getting marketing video, client testimonials, increasing visibility in media, publicity (as per requirement), case study management
Enhancing Database of new market segments
Constantly updating marketing folder on the drive
Conduct market research, for example, using customer questionnaires and focus groups
One pager leaflet for all products
Executive coaching brochure (if MLA UK does not provide the prescribed format)
Education and Experience required:
Graduate or Post Graduate Degree (Marketing/ Arts, preferred)
1-3 years’ experience in the marketing domain.
Strategizing marketing campaigns.
Experience of graphic designing and collateral designing.
