Some Basic Roles and Responsibility at Initial level.

Responsible for SEO strategy and PPC development and planning sessions
Partner with teams outside of SEO including Product, Creative Content, PR, Analytics and Brand Marketing to find points of collaboration and shared executions to drive business results
Coordinate with local & global business partners on SEO related projects
Identify, research and document conversion rate optimization tests to improve engagement rates and meet business objectives
Identify new content opportunities, develop tests and if successful, work with partners to develop scalable content solutions
Budget forecasting and management responsibilities, including quarterly forecasting of business results
Accountable for attaining SEO growth goals

Analytics and Reporting

Monitor and run SEO performance daily; communicate performance drivers and key operational initiatives to relevant partners with varying degrees of SEO knowledge
Build ad hoc reports for deeper dive investigations into performance trends
Understand and report on cross-channel impacts and performance
Benchmark and monitor competitor performance and activities
Weekly analytics reviews (eg, Google Search Console) to identify issues and opportunities
Responsible for attaining SEO growth goals and Partner with teams outside of SEO including Product, Creative Content, PR, Analytics and Brand to find points of collaboration, shared executions and drive business results
Participate in SEO strategy development and planning sessions and Implement link building campaigns in coordination with client SEO goals
Keep pace with SEO, search engine, social media and internet marketing industry trends and developments
Monitor an d administer web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance to the clients business
Prepare weekly/monthly reports on the progress of all stated objectives.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Knowledge of having worked in Training.
Knowledge enough in On-page and Off-Page optimization techniques
Excellent understanding of ethical (White Hat) SEO, Link building etc.
Knowledge in researching keywords using Google, Word Tracker and internal tools
Knowledge of the latest SEO techniques.
You will demonstrate an excellent understanding of the principles behind organic search optimization
You have an analytical mindset, with experience working with very large websites and associated data
First-class influencing skills, including experience working within a large matrixes organization
